Jeffrey Marples - Managing Broker
Jeffrey brings more that 9 years of real estate experience to the group, having started his real estate career at Prudential California Real Estate selling both residential and multi-unit properties primarily in San Francisco. He has received a Top Producer ranking within an office of over 100 agents. He owns multiple single family residences in Idaho and in Texas. Prior to joining Prudential, he held positions at Silicon Valley Bank as well as in a boutique private equity firm in Taipei, Taiwan. He is married to his wife Jennifer and they have a boy and twin girls.

Rob Bryan - Sales Associate / Realtor
Rob has been a Realtor since 2004 and his professional experience in real estate began by specializing in the newly emerging Downtown San Diego high-rise condo market as well as single family homes in the Metro San Diego area. Rob owned his own home and lived in the East Bay community of Alamo (Contra Costa County) and he recently relocated from San Diego to San Francisco once again after a 7 year absence. Rob is very familiar with the San Francisco real estate market as well as those of Contra Costa and Alameda Counties in the East Bay. Rob's clients know him as an agent with integrity, patience and a strong work ethic. He especially enjoys the day-to-day experience of scouring the local real estate markets to find the property that is the perfect fit for the buyers he is working with. Rob puts his clients’ interests and needs at the forefront believing that this is the way to achieve long-term success and ultimately serve his clients best. Rob has extensive IT Project Management experience as well and has lived in Colombia, South America, Mexico City, Mexico and Munich, Germany. Rob is fluent in Spanish.

Ryan Steele - Investment Associate/Property Manager
Ryan has been investing, managing and developing real estate in San Francisco since 2001. His personal portfolio of multi-unit residential buildings has grown significantly through 2007 and performed well even through the downturn of 2008 and 2009. The San Francisco Apartment Association awarded him Best Independent Owner for 2009. Prior to focusing full time on real estate investment, Ryan worked for several startups and spent 6 years working for Lockheed Martin as a Product Manager. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley, a MS in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University and is a licensed General Contractor.
