Jeffrey Marples - Managing Broker Jeffrey brings more that 9 years of real estate experience to the group, having started his real estate career at Prudential California Real Estate selling both residential and multi-unit properties primarily in San Francisco. He has received a Top Producer ranking within an office of over 100 agents. He owns multiple single family residences in Idaho and in Texas. Prior to joining Prudential, he held positions at Silicon Valley Bank as well as in a boutique private equity firm in Taipei, Taiwan. He is married to his wife Jennifer and they have a boy and twin girls. Conor Musgrave ‐ Sales Associate Growing up in a family of Realtors based in the Seattle Area exposed Conor to Real Estate field early in life. After college, Conor gained experience both on the buy and sell side of Real Estate working for Lightner Property Group (A SF based Developer) as the Marketing Director, Real Estate Acquisitions Assistant, and as an Assistant Property Manager. He has extensive experience marketing and leasing Real Estate in both the Bay Area and Seattle and has successfully helped both investors and existing owners buy/sell their properties around the country properties in these difficult times. Ryan Steele - Property Manager Ryan has been investing, managing and developing real estate in San Francisco since 2001. His personal portfolio of multi-unit residential buildings has grown significantly through 2007 and performed well even through the downturn of 2008 and 2009. The San Francisco Apartment Association awarded him Best Independent Owner for 2009. Prior to focusing full time on real estate investment, Ryan worked for several startups and spent 6 years working for Lockheed Martin as a Product Manager. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley, a MS in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University and is a licensed General Contractor. |
