Bayview: Probably the strongest location in the city for long term appreciation due to MUNI’s introduction of the T-Line Train that services this community of very affordable single family homes from the turn of the century.
Bayview Heights: A smaller pocket of homes below the Bay View Park, with all the benefits of affordability, proximity to transportation and long term appreciation.
Candlestick Point: Home of the San Francisco 49"ers, hopefully for many years to come. Candlestick Point is home to Executive Park townhouses which are new and very affordable townhouse complexes. This part of the city will be redeveloped along with Hunters Point into residential condominium complexes, commercial space and park settings.
Crocker Amazon: Approaching South San Francisco and Daly City, Crocker Amazon offers affordable homes, conveniences of Geneva St. and Crocker Amazon Playground.

Hunters Point: Hunters Point is one of the only areas in the city that will be developed over the next decade and beyond. Hunters Point was the old Navel Ship Yard, home to some spectacular bay views. If you are an investor, then this area should be on your radar.
Little Hollywood: A tiny neighborhood along the 101 FWY and just as you leave the city. Close CalTrain, Candlestick Point and the Bay.
Mission Terrace: Close to Balboa Park and San Francisco City College, Mission Terrace offers the conveniences of Ocean Ave. , Mission St. and the 280 FWY. A very affordable area in the south side of San Francisco as you approach Daly City.

Portola: Similar to the Excelsior but on the eastern side of beautiful McLaren Park. Portola offers mostly affordable single family homes and is a very good option for first time home buyers.
Silver Terrace: Mostly known from a town house community at the top of the hill, offering views and proximity to the T-Line third street MUNI and FWY access. A quite neighborhood just removed from the Bayview.
