Buena Vista/Ashbury Heights: This very upscale and small community offers seclusion at the same time is close to Haight Ashbury and Cole Valley conveniences. It also encompasses the beautiful views of Buena Vista Park. Ashbury Heights is home to a dynamic range of people including politicians, a few actors and musicians.
Cole Valley/ Parnassus Heights: This is a hidden gem of a neighborhood. Not as well recognized as some, but it has a true neighborhood feel with locals that simply love living here. Centrally located in the city, Cole Valley offers shopping and great restaurants on Cole Street. It’s within walking distance to Kezar Stadium, Golden Gate Park, Buena Vista Park, Tank Hill and Twin Peaks. You can say Cole Valley has it all.
Clarendon Heights: Views from Clarendon Heights are amongst the best in the city. Perched on the northern slop of Twin Peaks and just above Cole Valley, Clarendon offers larger classic and modern architecture with amazing views, sometimes even 3 bridge views, the Golden Gate, the Richmond/San Rafael and Bay Bridge views.
Corona Heights: On a hillside as you come from Cole Valley into the Castro is where Corona Heights is located, with views over looking the Castro, Eureka Valley and distance East Bay Hills. Properties are traditionally smaller single family attached homes or 2-3 unit buildings and condos, mostly of the Victorian era.
Duboce Triangle: Duboce Triangle is a small neighborhood with cute little local corner stores. It is an area that is within walking distance to Lower Haight and Hayes Valley, as well as the Castro. Mission Dolores: Mission Dolores is a transitional neighborhood bordering the Castro and the Hot Valencia corridor of Inner Mission. It finds its roots from the famous Mission Dolores Park which is very popular of sunny summer days. Victorians condos are primarily found in this area, along with a few newer condo complexes.
Noe Valley: A well known destination for young families, singles and everyone in between. Noe Valley offers a variety of housing opportunities, from Victorian Homes, traditional city flats and condos to architecturally significant modern homes. 24th Street is the at the heart of Noe Valley, offering all the conveniences, shopping and restaurants. Now Valley is a classic San Francisco neighborhood and is highly sought after.
